Tractive GPS for Dogs and Cats

Seems to work well, however integration into Apple TV was what made me purchase but find feature is not available yet. Waiting

Love Tractive, works great and intended! Sometimes it does take awhile to connect. It does its job though, however I have lost one kitty out of 5.. she was wearing her tracker but on the rogz the company’s breakaway collar and I found her tracker and collar one house over blinking and playing the sound. No sign of kitty.. you have to make the choice of breakaway or non-breakaway collars and decide for yourself. I do love Tractive, and feel as if it is an early warning system- it will notify you if kitty left safe zone and you can react quickly if near phone or device.

Not sure what’s wrong, the tracker will not connect to the gps or network. Also have not heard anything from the website.

If a company can’t even show you the product functionality without having to get locked into a year contract (minimum), it probably doesn’t even work. Not offering monthly subscription plans tells me they want you stuck with them regardless of the quality of service and it’s a risk most people don’t want to take. Returning asap.

Works like a champ, I would recommend this to anyone. I found out that my neighbor has the same system. Good job!

I need to be able to turn off the power saving zone so I can actively track my cat when I need to no matter if he is in the power saving zone or not. If I can’t see him and don’t know where he is then I need to be able to track him. The fact that I have to delete the power saving zone entirely to disable so I can use the live tracking is not just inconvenient but a major flaw in the app design. There are some accuracy issues between the map and the tracker as well but that is understandable. For now I guess I will have to live without the power saving zone and just charge the battery every night.

I used this company 3 years ago but didn’t like the service so I stop 3 years later they take $200 from me for no reason do not give this company your information they will keep taking money out of your account for no reason should be shut down

This is a great product! Never any issues with tracking and it is also good for connecting with others.

Set up with the tracker was seamless. Easy to monitor, push notifications come through quickly when pet is out of the virtual fence. I also love the share feature so multiple people (partner, dog sitter) can use.

I tried the Fi tracker and found it slow and inaccurate. Switched to Tractive and couldn’t be happier. Can see my pup’s location within seconds if he’s out of sight, then watch him respond (on the App) to my whistle as he finds me.
