I ordered some products and I received totally different one and I opened the product to make sure when I noticed that the order are different I contacted them and they said we can’t do anything for you actually to be honest the call center was respectful and tried to be helpful but the App policy is wrong you must at least block the seller or do any effective action but nothing not recommended at all
