They got terrible bugs in the app and don’t care about fixing them

This company is awful about their policies and they have no idea how to communicate with people. They don’t listen to people, dismiss everything you say to them and won’t provide solutions. Avoid!

I had an issue with a new, second account being charged a commission despite being a pro member. I called, and Brian was very efficient, communicative. Despite not knowing why or how it happened, he was able to find someone to fix the issue and promptly got it handled. A very pleasant 10 minute phone call.

App crashes way too often especially when I tried to switch accounts. When I tried to add a bank to a account I keep getting error messages. This has been an issue for almost an year and now they decided to add commissions for each trade you do. Would not recommend as there are better options out there.

App is clunky and doesn’t live up to expectations.

WARNING: this app just installed some of the highest trading fees of any brokerage out there! They charge you commission on the buy side and ALSO the sell side and it is not a small commission. This is by far one of the most expensive commission apps out there now. Beware!!

This is probably the worst by far brokerage available to the public. Laggy and extremely buggy. You will miss trades every single day. Only good if you will be trading with a API. Other than that do not come here. (API is crazy too) if I could give 0 I would.

So many issues and annoyances with using Tradier as a brokerage. Cons: - Bugs. You will experience a lot of bugs on the mobile app making trading difficult and managing your money transfers annoying. - Cash Account amount restrictions. You are restricted to a small number of Cash Accounts you can open with them. If you’re someone like me that likes having multiple cash accounts for different purposes, this may not be the best brokerage option for you. They limited me to 3 cash accounts. - Fee for IRA. There’s a hefty $30/annual fee for if you want to open an IRA with them. Remember, other brokerages offer this for completely free. - Does not offer instant buying power, unlike other similar brokerages. You have to wait several business days between getting your account opened, bank approved, DEPOSIT APPROVED, wait for deposit to settle, etc. It’s tedious. Everything requires manual approval. Pros: - Free trading API. Tradier is one of the few brokerages that allows you to trade securities using an API. As a developer, I appreciate the API as it makes trading on the fly really easy. This is the only reason I put up with this brokerage, I would have abandoned it a long time ago if it wasn’t for their free trading API. - I couldn’t think of any other pro. Dark mode... I guess. For all their cons, they definitely aren’t the *worst* brokerage you can choose— but they’re far, far from the best. There are better options that do not limit your cash accounts or charge a fee for an IRA. Edit: Their greed knows no limits. They have now added fees for every stock order. There are better brokerages out there. I highly recommend you stay away from Tradier.

The app keeps changing addresses and the beneficiary last name. Can’t get past this. Update: Developer thinks I’m their secretary.
