… and now they release this godly game
Good app innit
First off I want to say that this is a fun game to play. It takes a while to get to grips with due to the lack of tutorial, but it’s enjoyable once you have the hand of it. This fun is, however, diminished when you’re put in a position where you have to either give up, rebuild your whole fund, or make a purchase. I do have some issues with it though: 1. I agree with some other reviewers that there definitely feels a bit pay-to-win. Analysts run out of ratings quick, energy runs out quick, and one bad trade can wipe out hours of hard work with the only way to recover being buying in-game cash. 2. Game seems to deliberately work against you once you start doing well. You have to place a lot of trust in your analysts, so when you have top rated analysts who strongly advise you to buy a lot of a stock, but the stock plummets by 50% after a day, it’s clear that the game has decided you’re doing too well. 3. There is quite a low cap on clients. You can only get circa 80 clients max without doing raises, and you can only raise every 3 years. This causes you to stagnate in the game. My suggestions would be: 1. Don’t have analysts run out of ratings. You have to work hard to get to the point when you have high level analysts, so having them suddenly unable to rate any stock puts you in a position where you’re forced to take a complete gamble and risk your whole fund, or make an in-app purchase. 2. Make analysts more accurate. I’m not saying they should be 100% accurate, but you’re lucky to get a top-rated one who’s more than 50/60% accurate. They should not advise you to build a large position in a stock if that stock is about to plummet. 3. Allow the player to build a larger client base. There is no reason to limit this to such a low number, and this really restricts growth. I would also give an option to drop a specific client if their portfolio is too low. I want to stress that this isn’t a bad game, but it’s potential is being limited by its current set up.
Really is a fantastic cash builder game. Exactly what I have been after for years! I love it. Hope to see further investment opportunities in the future. Maybe some pvp events 👍
Great game but I don’t see how to launch a fund? I have 10 clients which are all amber but it still says I need 10 clients?
Enjoying it
There is a lack of directions in the game and in the listing on the App Store, a tutorial would be very beneficial but I have still given 3 stars because it is realistic in that sence. Deffo worth a download but you will need a lot of patience and perseverance.
Awesome game
First of all, love the game. Been looking for something like it for years and it’s almost perfect, the best of its kind. Outwith the fact this version is currently broken and the app won’t date, my only issue is with the energy system. I don’t have 85 energy therefor I can’t buy property therefor I’m stuck with minuscule energy levels. Where does my energy go? I have 102 max and yet only have access to 56 each week (currently 32 with the ongoing bug) - it should be 72 when taking away the 30 for the fund. Even then I wouldn’t have enough to buy property. Not to mention annual checkups have simply deteriorated my energy levels. Why am I paying in-game money just to lose energy!? So close yet so far, my fingers and toes are crossed for improvement.
