The app does not work, shows error as soon we click some picture

Useless app. Full of bugs and cannot take a complaint. This is what middle class gets as service for our taxes. We can’t even report traffic offences where someone has illegally parked a truck to block parked cars and due to this we are unable to go to work.

They don’t even take action and they just reject the complaint registered.

There is no action on reported offence on this app. So don’t waste your time downloading and processing.

On trying to login for the first time, unable to sign in. App says encountered an error.

Useless app. Doesn’t even let you register. Keeps giving error - ‘something went wrong’

App is not user friendly, and doesn't allow to submit the complaint, gives location error always. Its been 2 years old with no update..

You can’t even log into this app, absolutely useless!!!!
