Needs to fix glitches. Can’t get the advice box to move off screen so pics can be taken.

I love this concept and want to spread the word, but I don't know if my uploads are even getting through. I always have to try resubmitting several times, as I'm extremely thorough with my documentation and I assume it's just taking a while and my phone's going to sleep. However, the one time I finally don't get the error message in the upload, there's no message to tell me I succeeded, and nothing in the menu/FAQ to give me any clue. Please keep this going! Knowing that trafficking exists has completely ruined the enjoyment of hotels for me. This is the one thing that gives me an ounce of peace, believing that my stay might be the key to rescuing someone from their living nightmare.

I do go to hotels frequently but used to use this app when I did. I am deleting it from my iPhone now because it no longer works. All I get are error messages telling me that I did the wrong “next step”

I had this app before on my old phone. On my new phone I can’t get it to work. Pop ups come on the screen for instructions to use it but can’t get any further than that. I can take the first picture and that is it. If I click on anything else it says oops that’s not it or something similar. I don’t know if it is because I’m in Europe or I just can’t seem to navigate around it.

Have been using this app for over 5 years. It’s simple to use. Just snap some quick pictures of your hotel room using the guide, put in hotel info and send it. Only thing missing would be possible updates from the company as to how much this helps.

Anything that helps! I do think you’ll get more pictures if you allow us to upload them from our photos. That way if I forget to use this app while I’m traveling, I almost always have pictures in my album from the trip that I could upload once I’m home. Thanks for doing this. 🙏

I LOVE this app. I used it as a travel liaison and download it before every trip (like today :) ). Thank you for alllll the (wo)man hours behind building this app!

I just install this app on my phone, without knowing that I could not download hotel room pictures from my camera roll. Anyway I think it's a great concept let me know if I'm doing something wrong. I will not take pictures of my room at the time but I'm happy to download the pictures I have after my vacation and or stay at a hotel. I want to help

I used the original app for years on business travel. It was very easy, four pics, send. Dozens of hotel rooms submitted. The new app, first photo is easy. Then it wants objects in the room. Choose 'bed', position arrow, try to take photo... Wrong Step Tried Whoops! That's not the right next step. Please try again. Never could figure out what I was doing wrong. Had to give up. Please work on the usability of this new app so that there is NEVER a "wrong step".

I love the concept of this app and it’s very easy to use, however, I have not been able to upload my pictures lately. It always says there was a error and to try again. How can we get this issue solved? I stay in anywhere from 2-6 different hotels weekly/biweekly for work, and have told all my coworkers about this app. I want to help do as much as I can, but if I can’t upload my pictures, it’s not doing any good.
