The ticket disappears from the application if you change the number in the account. There is no notification that the ticket is linked to the number. It is not clear how to restore a ticket that has already been paid for.

Labai nervina, kai užeinu į programėlę ir prašo ir vėl pasirinkti miestą. Po kelių sekundžių viskas pasitaiso ir programėlė prisimena, kad visada renkuosi Vilnių ir niekur neišvažiuoju. Bet kai skubi kažkur tai sutrikdo. O šiaip visada patogu labai naudotis.

My husband wanted to transfer his monthly unused ticket to me. After the request they swiftly removed it from his account and never transferred to mine. Any contact from us after that was ignored and 30 euros vanished to air.

1) Paieškos sistema visiška pieva. Susivedi pavadinimą, adresą iki smulkiausių detalių, o norimo rezultato arba išvis nėra, arba kur nors vidury/apačioje. Viršun kiša neaktualius rezultatus. 2) Neįmanoma pasitikrinti esamos kelionės, jeigu išjungi ir atnaujini paiešką kelionei jau prasidėjus, “būtuoju laiku” (porą minučių atgal atsukus). Rodo “negalime rasti maršruto”. Labai nepatogu, ypač skubant ar vėluojant, nes vienintelis sprendimas vartotojui - tikrinti kitos dienos/savaitės maršrutą.

Umm i go to 3 diffrent bus stop and at 1 when i chek the time when its coming it says 3 min but then that 3 min turns into 2h so no hate this app

Used to be the best choice in Vilnius but now google maps is just superior in many ways. I am using the app only for tickets.

Always shows wrong time even then you at the bus stop it doesnt show bus in 2min but offers second bus :)
