We built Train Fitness because we too are lifters, gym enthusiasts, & fellow athletes, and we're tired of entering a workout log, manually. Our AI-powered workout tracker works with the Apple Watch 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, SE, Apple Watch Ultra, and Apple Watch Ultra 2. Unfortunately, due to CPU limitations with the Apple Watch 1, 2 and 3, we are unable to reliably run our application on these devices.
Weightlifting and gym log can now be saved to a profile, providing a valuable history of all your routines at the gym. Using an automatic gym workout tracker enables users to be completely hands-free and saves them time while working out.

We support gym exercises to hit biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, back, legs, and core! We are very serious about data. Train Fitness does not share your data with any third parties. All data is anonymized and never distributed. Period. Train Fitness uses HealthKit to export your Train Fitness activities into the Health app and to read heart rate and biometric data.
Any purchases will be applied to your iTunes account at the end of your free trial. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. 칼로리 오차가 너무 큼

동일한 루틴의 근력운동을 기록해도 다른 앱과 비교했을 때 2~3배 정도의 칼로리를 더 소모했다고 나옵니다. 예를 들어 애플워치의 ‘운동’이나 다른 유명한 앱들은 40분 근력운동을 250kcal으로 기록하는 반면 이 앱은 650kcal으로 기록합니다. 이걸 믿고 운동하시는 분들 되려 살이 찔 수 있습니다. 그리고 Yazio와 이 앱을 같이 사용할 경우 칼로리 계산의 오차가 지속적으로 생기는데 앞서 말한 잘못된 소모량 때문에 그렇습니다. 이 앱을 지우고 다른 앱을 설치하니 정상적인 칼로리 계산이 나옵니다. 카운트를 자동으로 해 주는 것이 편리하긴 하지만 어차피 카운트의 오차를 보정하기 위해 매 세트마다 수동으로 여러번 터치를 해줘야하는 불편함은 어쩔 수 없습니다. 유료로 사용하실 분들은 이점 고려하시기 바랍니다.

Real enjoyed using this all during the 30 day trial. It’s so cool to being perfect. The only reasons I didn’t subscribe and gave 4 starsl rather than 5 is: 1: very noticeable battery drain on Apple Watch compared to when I didn’t have it installed. The primary reason for me, Bondy Apple Watch Ultra was the battery life and I found myself charged every day like I did when I had a series 7 watch . 2: there is a decent learning curve to use the app. I couldn’t find any FAQ and Support wasn’t that great my first started using the app to understand how to use it. It’s a lot of trial and errors to figure some things out. YouTube videos would be very helpful.

I have few things to say about this app, but one thing really stands out is how dismissive the owners/support when I need help or add a feature. One sentence they keep repeating over and over “we’re sorry Train is not the right app for you!” I didn’t suggest it’s not the right app for me, but definitely you’re not the right people for me

This app isn’t just for gym rats or heavy duty lifters. As a total beginner I love it for the custom exercises and suggestions. It easily accommodates using a sliding bench trainer via custom exercises and the AI is brilliant.

Love this app. I use it every workout. Clean, simple, and powerful. My one grip with it is with the recent update the ability to view target muscle as a % on the watch went away. I really found that view useful as I worked through my workout. Please bring it back, but keep up the good work!
