Just bad experience or unlucky
I would like to post my review on this company. The interface was friendly and nice, thought can’t put same characteristics about the service. I was buying tickets from Prague to Vienna, i was surprised that in application i can’t choose sits even though i was buying first class with and paying for sits. I was assuming that this option will be available during the payment, i selected that we want to be sit near the window as preference. But after that no sit choosing, It didn’t give me such option even after i paid, so i wrote to support team because me and my fiancé were sat separately. They told me that they can’t do any changes in sittings and our tickets can’t be changed or refunded. But we can come on the train and agree with other passengers if they are willing to change places. So basically you would need to buy new tickets. Then i went to website of Czech Railways and there you could choose sits even before you paid, and tickets in 1st class cost 100 euros less!!! I was very upset so i would recommend people - if you want to chose sits better use different companies or applications and check the market wisely
