During Quarantine it’s tough to stay active and keep motivated. Having my own personal trainer motivates me to keep moving on a Dailey bases. I’m also able to connect with my trainer and talk about my next steps in my training! Will be using this app for the foreseeable future 💪👍

Finally, a one stop shop for all of my fitness needs! Exactly what I’ve been looking for; convenient and keeps me out of the gym during the pandemic. I’m not great with technology, but this app is extremely intuitive and easy to navigate. Really like this app as it has a good range of programs depending on what your goals are. From cardio, to weight lifting, to Yoga; this app has a great range of options.
