2/2/2020: Very good app. I only wish I could change the measuring units. Edit 19/2/2020: After the last update it is not a free app anymore... and not only it's not free, you have to pay 100$/month to use it! That's how you go from 4 stars to 1 star rating.

For $100 a month I can get workouts made with my specific goals in mind (and the equipment or lack there of at my disposal), have accountability from a real life person (texts and calls), and track other personalized health goals (for example: my water intake). Totally worth it!!

Well the review prompt popped up after having to retype my workout feedback after the app just got stuck on a white screen 🫠 App definitely needs some refinement and engineers dogfooding it some more because some parts of it are really frustrating to use but overall it’s simple and really helps you be proud of your workouts with the metrics/graphs. I’ve submitted feedback a few times.

If you’re looking for a workout app that can actually record your workout, look elsewhere. I tried submitting a small glitch of app feedback at the end of my workout and the entire thing crashed and erased my workout. So going here to submit: trainer voice randomly changed throughout the workout. Also app crashes if you try to use the in app feedback mechanism.

Just started the program and have already started bonding with my coach, Kara. The exercises I get and her customized comments make the workout very doable, inspiring me to continue.

This is just great! Working on diet and exercise long term and Really helping with back injury recovery. Real easy to talk to

My trainer Lauren is great. I finally feel like I know what I’m doing when I’m working out. I feel myself getting stronger and am seeing progress on the scale as well. I really love this app!

Very user friendly, hearing my trainers voice and reading my finished sets is impressive. Good mix of choreographed exercises to work most of the body. I’m liking how it interfaces with my new Apple Watch. I’m using the Noom app for my nutrition and they got me on an average calorie intake of 2500 calories to help me optimize weight loss at at a nice pace. I’m finding these two apps in conjunction seems to be working well.

This app has been so great for helping me hit my fitness goals. I love how everything can be personalized and how you can change things whenever you need to (even mid workout). The app is super user friendly as well. My trainer is Austin and he is seriously the best! He responds quickly and actually listens to what I say! He is an ASSET to your company and you guys are lucky to have him!

There is nothing better for achieving your fitness goals than achieving consistency. There is nothing better for consistency that getting someone on your team who wants you to stay consistent. Unless you are friends with or dating a fitness coach, there is no cheaper option out there to get someone on your team. I lost 25 lbs and 12% body fat and still have momentum!
