My muscles are actually working.
Sean is the real deal. He explains workouts and showcases them in such a clear and concise way that the only reason I would do a workout wrong is because I can’t handle the weight. I’ve been going to the gym on and off for some time now but I always feel lost and the trainers just give me the same workouts and when I’m finished I don’t feel like I worked the right muscle. With Sean however, I feel like I worked the exact muscle I’m supposed to be targeting due to his explanation.
The features on the app are great too but my favorite one is switching a workout if the machine Sean uses isn’t available at your gym or if you are just not comfortable with it.

Great app! I followed Sean’s fitness plans before he launched this app and have always found his plans to be wonderful. This app is no different.
That said, can you please allow users to write notes on their sets? I’d like to be able to look at my history and know if I had to substitute that day for any given reason. For example dumbbells weren’t avail for dumbbell RDL’s so I did barbell RDL’s … I’d like to still track that but note it so I don’t get confused
That aside I’d like to note things like effort or “I got 8 reps but barely made it … try next week for 8 reps but better form” etc.
Also I’d like this history of our sets to be more available. For instance right now when I’m working out, if I compete an exercise, the history button disappears and I’m not able to go back and look at the reps. Kinda annoying.
Anyway, overall 10/10 app just some small features I hope to become available soon. Thank you Sean!
Great when working
I love the app. Great to track lifts and I have been making great progress. Unfortunately about once every three weeks it logs me out and wants me to go through all of my info again to recommend a training plan. I have tried restarting phone, deleting and reinstalling the app. Would be 5 stars if I didn’t have this issue.

The Personalized calorie and protein targets hit the bullseye for my goals, and the 150+ macro-friendly recipes are so delicious I almost forget I’m eating to get jacked. Well worth the cost!

I was fortunate enough to be one of the winners of the 3 month giveaway when all was launched. I’m currently in my second week of using it. The app is curated to best suit your needs and has a very friendly user interface. *my one suggestion after using it* for the diet portion of the app, it would be helpful to be able to type in an actual food item with its quantity/ weight. The app allows only for you to type the macros in. I found myself going back and forth between another app or Google in order to figure out the macros for certain food items.
Great app for just being released
Went through my first week of push, pull, legs workout. Easy tracking. My only gripe is the nutrition tracking. I would like to save my own foods and recipes for quick recording. Other than that very pleased

Awesome app! I’ve used many training apps in the past. I can definitely say this is the most affordable and simple way of approaching fitness for any level of gym experience. There’s also a very detailed itinerary of meal choices to prepare. If you don’t know who Sean is, he is a very intelligent individual especially when it comes to weight lifting this guys been doin it since he was 15 years old. 10+ years of experience.
