What a terrible app. The menu system is all garbage and makes no sense. There are no prices displayed and if you have a Bano card, it doesn't store the card number so you need to keep inputting it. It also does not allow you to top up the Bano card with your bank card or apple pay. Developers, we are in 2023, not 2003. Come on.

There are a lot of bugs, not checked content, no updated news and changed timetable accordingly. More over the UI is bad: some buttons overlap, not placed usefully or info is not shown. And in 2023 it’s so weird that there’s no service of buying the tickets (and bonos) online. - it’s a shame of being so inconvenient and outdated. Living in Altea I can’t buy a bono 10 at all - unless I spend for travelling 3 hours and miss my job as the Alicante point works until 2. Are actually thinking about the comfortable service or not? All cards should be bought in atm - which should be placed in every station, and can be bought online at the same time.

Es un error de programación o algo así pero es IMPOSIBLE usar la app, todos los textos son etiquetas de lo que debería ir ahí realmente. Horrible e inusable.

No funciona se bloquea cada segundo

Solo vas a desesperarte intentando ver el horario, lo cual te va a ser imposible ya que es una basura, mejor ves a la parada y reza para no tener que esperar mucho

Muchas funciones como ver el trayecto y lo que tarda de un punto a otro no funcionan y a los 30 segundos de uso se paraliza y no se puede hacer nada

Inutilidad en su máxima expresión

No funciona, se bloquea y da errores solo con pedir los horarios entre estaciones. La ha debido de hacer el hermanísimo.

Es tan lenta que llego antes a la estación para consultar allí. De verdad que no exagero ya que una vez que tocas tres o cuatro opciones, se bloquea.
