Beware
The company advertises risk free 30 day trial with refund, but I have had to file a credit card claim to try to get my refund. This after I had to send three emails to get the info for the return. We needed to return because it was not tracking and it used the battery in less than 3 days. We tried troubleshooting and then they continued to try to have us troubleshoot despite our request to return. They then informed us the watch can’t have any damage/scratches. It was worn for 3 days!!! I sent a video of the watch without scratches. They deemed the watch too damaged to refund which I found very subjective. Desperate, I thought that I’d use it as a basic watch but no that requires the $54/month cellular plan to even use the watch face. They suggested that I try to sell the watch but why would I want another caregiver to have this incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience!
