Transit Taxi

I’ve since stopped using this service since I have encountered too many unprofessional drivers. I have been hit on, propositioned, probed for personal information, and inappropriately touched. A few drivers also reek of cigarettes. You are better off using the bus or another taxi service.

The taxi charged me 32, and the driver told me to give 29 more as it was mentioned on the taxi meter, smelly driver, smelly car, bunch of scammers

The driver is a thief Charged tip without asking and also made 17$ waiting charge while I was at the gate when taxi came

While I want to support local taxis, this app is not the way. Inaccurate prices, hidden costs, and the cab drivers conveniently are not aware of how the app pricing works. After getting lost (no fault of the app) the driver still ended up overcharging me.

A plusieurs reprises ils m’ont chargé des frais d’attente même si j’étais à l’extérieur en train d’attendre…le tarif finit par être parfois le double de ce qui était affiché au départ. Du vol.

Clean taxi, courteous and insured driver. App is very well done and allows you to track your taxi in real time.

I used to be a huge Uber/Lyft user. But now, I favour Transit because you get a ride faster, prices are consistent (no surge during rush hour, etc.) and it feels safer. Keep up the good work!

WATCH OUT! Drivers will end the trip early and demande you pay with cash. It’s happened to me many times. They will even ask “you paying in the app ?” KNOWINGLY And then end the trip. Before your destination. Then demand you pay cash. WATCH OUT!!! They have also asked me to “Pay with tips” or “pay later in the app” so they know the you can pay with app and are trying to cheat it by asking cash too. This app works great. It is good for customers. It makes paying easier and faster. It makes finding a ride easier. But many times the drivers will cheat or steal from the customers. I hope they can do something about this. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Lately i Have had to tell them “i don’t have any cash on me and not much money on my card.” So they say “oh fine.” And they don’t get paid for the full trip. That is how they cheat and steal from customers. Very bad for customers if they don’t know. The drivers are ruining this app. Cheating and trying t steal from customers. I hope the app can do something about this. It would be 5 stars.

Après deux ou trois ans d’attente, Gatineau a enfin lancé un service pour battre Uber. Je ne vais pas mentir, j’en suis très content car on doit plus jamais appeler les taxis, là on peut en commander à travers cette application, et ce, à un prix RÉDUIT. J’aime bien la mise en place de ce service dont on avait besoin à Gatineau ❤️ After two or three years of waiting, Gatineau finally has “Uber”. This application was most-likely developed to compete against Uber, but I’m not even mad at that since now we don’t have to call any taxi services and ever pay LESS for the rides. We finally got the “Uber” service we needed. ❤️
