It is very slow.. takes too long to translate

This app is very slow and inaccurate. The person must speak directly into the phone before the app and translate. Then, you have to wait a considerable amount of tim to read the translation. It’s most frustrating to attempt to use; a basic waste of time trying.

The app does not pick up my voice. Has a huge delay. Forced me to subscribe for a “3 day free trial and I can cancel at anytime.” But there is no cancellation feature. I needed to communicate to a Spanish speaking resident whom I care for(newly admitted ). 100% would never recommend this app.

They say it’s a free app but keep steering you back to the page to get you to agree to a fee.

I should have read through the reviews because now that I do they all sound fake. This app costs $10 a week and I thought it be worth it for my trip to Japan but it was NOT. The app kept crashing mid translation and I had to re-write or repeat what I had said. The live or camera translation DO NOT WORK. It keeps saying there is no writing detected. I wish I could get my money back.

I NEED an app that can translate languages and this tries to force me to pay! No translation possible without FLIPPING MONEY.

I really liked it at first but I had to delete it because it would always crash

How do I cancel this subscription?

They say translate anything, but they don’t. This app is not user-friendly & they make it impossible to cancel because all they want is your money.

Can’t touch nothing in the app without it crashing.
