It rarely works

Absolute garbage. App regularly drops while trying to use. Only occasionally remembers me when I open it. ETAs are pure speculation. Extremely frustrating

Let me preface that this app has helped me get around campus and I rely on it almost every day. However, perhaps due to the recent update, this app crashes every minute. Please fix!

Hasn’t worked in weeks!

This app is a barely-functional mess. I’ve unfortunately used it in several places I’ve lived (one university transit system, one local public bus system) and it never, ever works. Half the time it’s down, but there’s no indication of whether the app is down or the buses are down. The rest of the time it gives wildly inaccurate predictions. I’ve missed countless appointments and meetings because of this worthless app, and was devastated to see that the bus service at my new work uses it. It’s been five years since I last had to rely on TransLoc and I was honestly shocked to see that it still exists.

Please make sure it is compatible to all models…it quits itself every time it open or on iPhone SE

I don’t want to see routes and alerts for every employee shuttle in the country. Every time I adjust the settings to show only the routes relevant to me, the app always reverts to showing every single route and alert the next time I open it. I’ve changed the settings, reinstalled from scratch over and over, but my route selection never sticks. Fix this, please!

It used to show the CTA bus route. It doesn’t do that anymore and is no longer useful for tracking transit in Chicago.

I use the app to track my campus buses and I have the run hours memorized. Classes started 2+ weeks ago and the app keeps saying there are no routes running even though I have watched buses running when the app should be displaying them. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still displays nothing. I have to rely on the website that our campus uses and that the best since it only displays the map on half of the screen on mobile. I was using this app last semester and it was running fine then.
