please improve on the services. stuck here and there.

it’s my second time renewing my license here, and similar to the first time, I had to go to JPD to make payment because there was an error on the payment. Online renewal should be easy for everyone but this wasted my time instead.

Still got problem until now.

During covid..the app is very useful..until now im still using it..i did all the renew license,roadtax and everything from this app..but..this app need to update..since the app always crash..please update this app..

useless..apps need an update. Multiple error from just signing in. It’s too old

I applied to renew license online, but the payment page doesn’t work. Saying that there’s an error. So I decided to go to the post office instead but because i applied online, i can’t renew it unless i went to HQ. I went to pay and renew in HQ, but now they say “because you applied online, the process will take about half an hour”. Online services were meant to make things easier, but all this app did was made things more difficult and a nuisance for both parties. I don’t recommend using or downloading it at all.

Eveything is failed. It was a great apps before. Renewing is easy, and it just abandon like that.

i cannot Sign In to see my license Status and my car roadtax, error shows up, timed out

being asked to refer to TransportBN, when the app is not really working.. like “do i really need to?”
