Technical issues

I have transferred all the contacts from iPhone to Vivo, and I can edit the contact details. However when I transferred from iPhone to Samsung, then the contact details cannot be edited anymore. Could you please assist me on this matter?

L’app non accede ai contatti nonostante dato consenso anche da impostazioni e si spegne da sola. Riapro App ripristino acquisti ma niente non compare schermata dove posso selezione contatti e poi inviarli per mail in formato vcf anche altre app sviluppatore non vanno ho iPhone 6s se puoi aiutarmi e poi do 5 stelle .L ‘ applicazione è da 5 stelle solo che ora non so perché non funziona
