Traveline SW Journey Planner

I have used this app several time and have been pleased. However, today we hiked from Lynton to Combe Martin and planned to get the 15:40 Exmoor Coaster back to Lynton. However this bus stopped running at the end of September but the app did not recheck this! We ended up having to pay £50 for a taxi. So you cannot rely on this app.

The app should be removed because it’s no longer up to date gives you information for out of date routes.

There have been great strides in UK public transport provision but information support is essential..and it isn’t this App. A real shame.

This is a really useful app if you want to plan journeys by public transport anywhere in the UK. It's not perfect – fare information seems not to work – but then what is perfect?

Endlessly hangs on any journey request without giving a result. Totally useless

The new Traveline is to complicated and not much use, bring back the older app

Mostly correct info although sometimes it adds in unnecessary (eg change buses to one following the same route !!) .... the one really annoying thing is that you constantly have to reset the date and time of travel if your checking out different routes or destinations ... be good if you could freeze the departure time :(

It used to be such a simple and useful app, I just keep hoping somebody will update it back to how it used to be ! It’s hopeless now.

Usually quite good but today travelling from Milton Keynes Coachway to Oxford the app wouldn’t work and while searching the internet the bus came in and I didn’t notice it until it departed. Pxxxed off. Now the app is working. Why server not responding. 4g and internet working. Now in Bath by bus stop to get me home and the app says walk for 17 minutes to catch the bus that I only have to step on to. Didn’t use my location but the actual street name. Soooooo annoyed!! Today it couldn’t find Bath Bus Station or Tower Hill in Bristol. Tried with 4g and Wifi. Rubbish. Why the updates that come in don’t solve the problem. Please work on the app to make it at least useful to people.
