I just downloaded the app and it seems to work fine. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was a bit slow/fiddly when I selected my detailed booking info. (It eventually showed everything correctly)

I gave up trying to create an account and deleted the app. Very surprised that the company didn’t try to create a more modern and user friendly app.

It’s 2023, update your app, it’s honestly ridiculous at this point.

Not sure which is less user friendly, this or the website. Shocking for a large chain in this day and age

I couldn’t even get logged in. Tried to use the support chat feature and got nowhere. Reset my password and still nothing. Terrible app.

Took 5 attempts to log in (threatened to lock my account if I had another failed attempt). Then my reservation didn’t show up. Submitted a request to add it and then the app popped back to the home screen. Not sure it even took. Also, this app likes to pop back to the home screen whenever you tap anything. PoC.

Attempted to put in information and it would not accept phone number. Tried it about 20 times and deleted the app. Waste of time. Useless app. Zero Stars.

Really easy to use booking process and info. Alot more hotel locations than I realised Travelodge had in the UK. Very impressed !

What’s not to like - good value for money & is in a perfect location in Taunton👍🙂
