I booked hotel from their website and i paid full booking amount to their website, and during check-in at hotel at reception they asked me to pay 60€ extra, and later i tried to contact(traveluro) by call and email nobody responded and later i had to book another hotel, and still they didn’t refund my money. I drop more than 10 emails but nobody responded , so better dont book any hotel from their website .
