They are just giving fake doctor prescriptions saying it is catered according to your condition but the truth is they are just selling a standard kit to all and the doctor prescriptions is attached. I was recommended to apply their oil over night and i had specified my condition of heavy dandruff. On the bottle of oil itself was mentioned that not recommended for heavy dandruff but doctors prescribed me that. They just another company trying to sell products which consumers don’t need even will worsen their case.

The WhatsApp messaging is so bizzare every time i have to talk to a different person and explain everything. Shamelessly tell that they have excellent service team but its pathetic to the core its so frustrating to explain things everytime to a new person and they dont even call in the scheduled time

They ask you to upload a picture of your scalp and will suggest you the products. They have a set pattern of routine they provide you as per your questionnaire. For hair they are also prescribing Minodoxil, which only suggests they couldn’t revolutionise anything, they are just selling widely available products at high prices and marketing it as a revolution. It is much better to visit a reputed doctor then believing in ‘sales team’ prescribing you medication. It is yet another company profiteering on health problems without actually providing solution.

Trying this for 1st time I will share my review after few months

Till the time you keep ordering their monthly kits, they will be helpful. And now they’ve started ghosting as I asked them to take back sealed pack kit because of the allergic reaction I faced but haven’t received a response from more than a week about the refund status.

This people will just fool you and they are scammers i have worked with them for a while its all fake !
