Everything was just fine over Xmas until it was time to eat I understand and seen it for myself the Buffet was way to crowded with over an hour wait time. So we decided to go up to the Blu on the 9th floor. That was a terrible decision only had one waitress and others besides ourselves was so up set we got seated and that’s the last we ever seen a waitress. I will not go up there again. They should have never opened it if they had a severe shortage of personnel.

I’m a local resident and really enjoy coming to Treasure Bay and spending my money . I love investing in the local market and I find that the staff is really knowledgeable and friendly . The property is clean and well maintained. I also feel like you have the opportunity to win a jackpot here due to the updated machines and current gaming experience.

It never works so you can’t see anything that you have available to use at the casino

Downloaded App and after logging in on two occasions, it crashed and would not load. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It still would not work. Very disappointing. Had to give it at least one star to be able to post a review. I think it deserves zero.

I’ve used this app for years with no problems. Starting yesterday I can’t get the app to open. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app several times to no avail. I’m a local that visits TB a couple times a week and bring lots of guests and visitors in from out of town

It’s quick and easy to navigate... works well! Simple yet very informative- which is exactly what this girl needs! I use it just about every day. The calendar is convenient and enjoy seeing what promotions are coming up. Highly recommend! Cheers.

Doesn’t work

This app use to be great. I was able to see my points check comps and promotions but now it doesn’t even open.
