The TREMEC Toolbox will help you simplify driveline setup, predict the effects of changing gear ratios and tire size, and calculate vehicle speed and RPM variables. This Toolbox is great for planning your rig, allowing you to see what kind of performance to expect from different combinations!
The TREMEC Toolbox contains:
• Driveline Angle Finder: Take the guesswork out of your chassis setup with this handy 3-step tool! By using your smartphone as a measuring device, the app will calculate each u-joint angle and provide an overall driveline operating angle with a Pass/Fail response. Designed for RWD vehicles equipped with a one-piece driveshaft.
• Vehicle Speed Calculator: Interactively determine your vehicle’s speed in any gear and any engine RPM for best performance. You can alter the axle gear ratio, the transmission gear ratio and tire size to see the impact in real-time.
• RPM Calculator: Determine what RPM your engine will run based on gear ratio, tire size, transmission and MPH. Try various combinations to come up with the best combination of gear ratio and tire size for your vehicle.
• Tire Size Calculator: Convert the funky P-Metric tire size (Example: 265/75R16) on the side of your tires to inches to simplify these drivetrain calculators!

Was great
I just spend a day trying to get green numbers on my driveline angle 2 and operating angle… always red 000. I used this when I first put my trans in and it worked great, I didn’t realize there was a update and it messed the app up.
Not working anymore
App used to work great and was a fantastic resource. But now no matter what data I put in angle one is the only angle that shows is correct. Other two angles are always double 0
Busted
Couldn’t get it to compute. Entered perfect engine/trans, driveshaft, and pinion angles. Still wouldn’t go all green.
No longer works
Driveline angles no longer work. This is the reason I had this app, so it’s now worthless to me.
Stopped working
My original version of this app worked great. Now it only gives the first operating angle and zeros out the others no matter what angles i use. Very frustrating, please fix the app it was very useful!

My original version worked great but somewhere the angle calculator stopped. Great program until that.
Does not save angles
I have tried this on 2 different iPhones. When using the driveline angle finder the set button does not save the angle.
No Metric setting !
The App doesn’t support Metric calculation ! Km/H , Meter , cm , mm ...
Great but
Great app from TREMEC but needs a few more manual transmissions added to the library. Also, please add a “saved transmission” option. Otherwise we have to re input all the custom ratios all over again. 2 simple fixes!! Thanks guys.
