Works a lot better than it lets on. I had received no feedback from the app that it was working, and the "filtered by tmcheck" folders in my messages were totally empty, so I deleted the app. Suddenly I had 270 unread texts from like grocery stores and stuff. Reinstalled the app from my iStore downloads list directly and the 270 texts disappeared again, but now it's claiming to be a free trial when it was simply a free service before and i'll probably lose coverage from the app after who knows how long (doesn't say). Welp.

It makes sense though… Release a free app and encourage your users to freely provide input to your AI engine by reporting spam, keywords, bad numbers, etc. Then screw them all, take their work, and sell it back to them. This previously provided good message filtering but now I need to pay to use all that work I put into tailoring it. I thought Trend Micro was better than this.

The widget does not work. It says call protection is not enabled so how do you know if protection is working there’s no log files to show you what calls are being blocked or not

I used to love this app and recommend it to everybody. It was great filtering text messages by keyword plus you got a phone number. You could use to give out so you didn’t have to give out yours. First, the phone number randomly went away, but it was still OK because you were able to filter text. Now you can’t even use the app. I’ve tried to delete it and re-download, but it no longer works. Too bad, it was a good app and they went and ruined it Don’t waste your time on it

30-day trial ended and I want to subscribe but subscribing through the app doesn't work and I haven't found a way to pay online either. Attempts to get help are met with automated responses and no answers that fix the issue. So... they don't want my business is all I can figure. 11-12-24 update: It took almost two weeks but I figured out myself that the problem was that in-app purchases in my iPhone Settings was not enabled. It would have been nice if TM Support could have pointed me in that direction to at least check it. I have since found a different spam blocking app that meets my needs.

I’ve been using this app for awhile and when I opened it today (after receiving a notification to update for new scam numbers) all of a sudden it’s a paid app. Per month or yearly. Although the app works fine (not perfect) I don’t appreciate logging in and being forced to sign up all of a sudden for a “free” month trial of something I’ve been using for over a year.

Worked fine until we have an election !!! So MANY POLITICAL TEXTS!!! It is supposed to stop ANY NUMBERS not in my contact list!!!

The fact that this app is able to stop spam calls at all is a plus. I simply didn’t want a call blocking app that used call forwarding to an A.I. assistant. At best it is a call identifier when the phone rings. The number lookup is not very accurate. It has the usual blocking list and allowed list created by the user. There is some other stuff like text blocking. For that there are better apps out there (Junkman).
