I started using Tribapay and I started having peace of mind. I wouldn’t have any issues the Customer service on Whatapp is amazing and comes with quick solution like they will say “once it’s gone from your account sir it’s sent from our end”. They are nice and also when I introduced my girlfriend to this app she complained of the 25 naira service charge and I told her “you are paying your service worth, your money is safe and easy to transact”. The dollar card option and cashpin is one of the vivid experiences of using the app. Overall Tribapay redefined wallet banking for me. 100 over 100

People say it works but it won’t deliver my OTP to my mail so I can get to what I downloaded the app for. If it needs fixing on that end pleas do because it’s giving me a bad day. I’ve had this issue for a week now. It’s really stressing.

Let’s not mention the very rude customer service on WhatsApp but the app charges minimum NGN1500 to $1. This means it can even be more because the rate changes almost every minute. After unexplainably stealing your money, you will be unable to use your virtual card for transactions. They charge for every service including creating and funding the card which comes at exorbitant exchange rates. 👎👎👎 🚩🚩🚩
