I usually have to load the app a few times before it can be used. Right now with iOS 17 it’s not working at all.

Balance was paid March 12. App shows “updated” balance of today still not with that payment. Accounts receivable didn’t address neither did our community manager. App is proving useless to owners and was a selling feature

Stopped working after the last update

After almost every update it doesn’t work. Are your programmers in kindergarten?

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemies.

Since Tribe took over First service at our building. In 3 years fee up extra $300 like 70% increase. Also we have the worst building caretaker I have ever seen. Kingsway and Nanaimo.

Please fix this app. It’s keeps crashing all the time!!!!! Zero star.

Deeply offensive name change from Bazinga to Tribe home. Worst kind of cultural appropriation. Especially with what has happened in Canada. Absolutely offensive. I am forced to use this app as my landlord chose it as the only means to communicate with them, otherwise I would NEVER use it. Horrible app.

Keeps me organized. I know where to find building info. Great improvements on being able to book building facilities. Lots of communication happening on the Loop!
