I tried again to update my text message number and the verification text never came, after multiple attempts.

Good luck trying to make a payment. It seems like the app is never working when you need to make a payment

The app in the Apple apps store does not give me the option to download the app. It will only allow me to open the app. Also, I could not find the app under the name Humana Military but had to search for it under Tricare East.

Everytime you signon you have to change a 15 letter/number password and not use letters from your last 10 passwords. I find this to be so stressful everytime. You miss a letter and your back to the signon page. I spend at least and hour or so every time signing to the App. 😡

Login with ds login doesn’t work at all. Makes me genuinely wonder if this is a fake app developer out there to scrape data

Why can’t I easily download medical cards or even find out my group number and other info I need to fill out medical forms. All links on the app open a web page. What’s the point?

You can’t do simple things like print the required IRS proof of insurance form or your spouse insurance card. And the login process is very painful with passwords that can’t possibly be remembered.

I’ve read a lot of negative comments from a year ago (2023), but I’ve had no issues with the app since I installed it in January 2024. I can see claims and coverage information and I’m satisfied with the app. I rarely search for care providers since I’m already established with mine, so I can’t rate that part of the at.

Horrible

Every time I try and login using my DS logon it says wrong information but if I login on the mobile website it works. Something is flawed with the app and I can’t use it. Sick of changing my password that only seems to change it for the app but not the website cuz if I try and login on the website with the new password it says it’s wrong and makes me change it again.
