Trimlog was founded based on the need for a solution for easy tracking of trim in sailing. Florian and Philipp, the founders and developers of Trimlog, are both long-time sailors and participate in international regattas and other sailing events. After Florian came up with the idea for the app in late 2020, he quickly teamed up with Philipp to create the perfect app for performance-oriented sailors. Our goal is to enable every sailor to efficiently learn from data and experiences from sailing, which was previously reserved for the best in sailing. That ended in mid-2021, so now everyone has the opportunity to improve their sailing through Trimlog.
