First time user, suggested by our travel agent. Proved to be a very useful tool for keeping documents, tickets and vouchers close at hand. Also a great way to reach out to the travel agent for help

The app was originally very helpful. I could view the itinerary generated by my travel agent and subsequent updates. Then I go a fateful email that my travel agent had posted critical messages. So I relented and created a Chat account. Despite setting Offline viewing and download, I was no longer able to view my itinerary until I logged in. I should be able to view messages from my travel agent without having to create an account. And if I create a Chat account, doing so shouldn’t prevent me from viewing my itinerary.
