For adults not kids…

Love the game but the developers don’t screen the adverts properly or have very low standards as many of the ads are wholly inappropriate for children’s eyes. The Apps advertised are for adult streaming sites. I have complained several times but a new one always pops up. Not good guys! UPDATE - You asked me to report the ads and when I saw them. It’s not my job, it’s your job to monitor what you are showing - I’m sure you’re getting paid. Look at what you are advertising! Check it out. You’ve rated your game at age 4+ which is ridiculous.

Love the game but not the customer service

I have had this game for a while and love it but recently my purchases have not gone through. It says ‘unable to complete purchase’ but takes the payment. I have contacted the games customer service and they have basically said I am lying and that I have received the items. There is either something wrong with the game or customer service is lying to me about my account showing I have received those items when I haven’t. Love the game but think I may have to stop playing!

Need to bank free time

Great game but can you provide a way we can 'bank' free time as sometimes you can win free time when need to come off the game.

Great game, but incredibly expensive- I downloaded as part of a ‘wait’ for another game, it looked good, but wasn’t representative. It is a fantastic game if you want to spend ££$$ I will be reporting to the gaming committee, it is a great game, if you are not competitive, if you don’t mind( the team race, the coercion from the team) our human weakness - they did they psychological homework and are taking in £billions. Just as we part with those £billions. I love the game - I truly believe that the developers are greedy and will put people off in the end - shame because I loved it - may develop my own ‘app’ with a monthly membership! If you are disciplined this will be the game for you, but you won’t pass many levels. You won’t get far at all.
