Why I have to enable the notifications!!! Every time i open the app it asks for notifications permission, even after clicking no its asks again …..

I tried to order some groceries from the app, it charged me without confirming my order. I called the customer service, they were rude inexperienced, and told me with no apology whatsoever to wait for the days so that i could get my money back. That was on the 30/1/2023. There are plenty of other application that treat customers with respect and dignity.
