Unbelievable ..👎
No support at all. Since 1 year still silence on official site with my opened ticket and with 3 problems already described. There is no direct support email address and chat support as well. Telegram group is in private state and you can’t ask and communicate with admins 🤦🏻♂️. There is no 2-factor authenticator when you click on an app wallet (iOS), after clicking the app opens with no Touch ID, Face ID or pin-code prompted at all and there is no function to enable it in the properties and settings menu, it’s just not exist. That means anyone may have access to my wallet at one click. Also there is no multi-language support... As Tron member I have bad experience. 1 star because the important thing as customer support is completely missing. Unbelievable...

Unable to exchange less than 1 BTC -TRC-20
Beware of exchanging any tokens on this wallet into Bitcoin-TRC-20. The wallet will not allow you to exchange/swap back to another coin if it is less than 1 full Bitcoin. Now I feel like by money is stuck in BTCT because the wallet will not allow me to exchange it because I have far less than 1 bitcoin. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Someone was able to break into my wallet, take all my money somehow and I reached out to customer service at least 5 times and never got a response. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS APP
