Does it not support iphone6 ? Cause it does not run on my phone ios 12.6.7

The team onboarding users into the app need to do a better job. For more than a week now, no response on kyc status despite providing all requested info. It’s also very hard to get in touch with support. Not giving user confidence to invest with trove

You cant reach customer service or support, i send messages and they go for years unread. You are literally on your own there.

Why is this app not working on my iPhone 6 s+? I’ve downloaded it and deleted countless times I just downloaded it again and it’s still not working Please help

It’s so sad I introduced so many people to Trove which has been good since I started using the app. Unfortunately, I do not know if it’s complacency now but payment processing for withdrawal and transaction orders now seem to take forever before it gets completed. You even lose money sometimes or end up investing in the same company multiple times than you planned. To top it off, the non-existence of a customer service team. There’s one contact number and even that, you’ll be lucky to get a response. How does one feel secure with their money on the app now? The charts and data don’t show ever, I have to use external sites or apps to find them I think it’s time for me to fully withdraw from Trove and move to another app or use the brokerage companies for Nigerian Stocks especially. Instant card deposit has been processing for days no response. Customer service is unavailable and they literally don’t care. They are scammers for real. I have my money with them and they are yet to respond to my dozens of messages. God forbid to invest my money on this app again.

Whoever is in charge of new sign ins should be sacked. They’re so lousy and slow when doing the kyc verification. I had to wait for up to 2 weeks sent about 3 emails just for them to tell me that I didn’t pass the verification! You guys should eat your app mtchew
