Tru-Test Data Link

I can make my IPhone and my Mac connect the XRP2i by Bluetooth but the app doesn’t run on it. I can’t connect the Bluetooth in my Windows, or download the day through the serial cable but I can login. What is the point?

But it doesn’t work… Occasionally it will show in accessory connection the srs - but then next it fails Most Datamars products aren’t compatible even within their own systems- ie try VID - a very basic requirement- or try Lid when scanning to id5000 all needs to be manually entered. As for wasting time watching their lessons.. no useful details provided Complete mess the whole system

I use the app mainly with the XRS2 scanner. App needs the functionality to be able to upload files and alert files to the device. Currently the only way to upload files is through a PC. Really frustrating when the usb Port has had to been repaired twice now. As the data transfer usb loom is unreliable.

App works and interfaces with desktop software, But it would be very handy if you could edit the individual animal info for each session on the iPhone, if when accessing the session individual animal data it could display the animal weight aswell as the individual name or number and have the ability to erase the extra or incorrect animal weights that have been recorded before uploading the session info onto the web platform no where in app to provide feedback which would allow them to improve the software for what users actually want

Our wand reader and panel reader are only are few years old and have had minimal use. App won’t work, won’t even acknowledge

This app is great when it works- but has gone from being able to pair with XRP2 reader to iPhone in the past, to no longer being able to pair! What is the point of having Bluetooth connectivity and an app for iPhone, if it doesn’t work for all of Tru Test’s devices?

Don't bother with the app, it saves no time at all and is at best a novelty that Tru Test have put out there to tick a box. Very disappointed that a company with such a large market segment has failed to provide what could be very simple yet effective technology and innovation to improve the ag industry.
