The app format changed I guess a few months ago, and I just have found it harder to read the app because of its layout and fonts.

Love this app. Easy to use, great tech support, accurate info, use pay bill and love it.

Functions work properly and seamlessly, i am a new member at the western branch and am enjoying everything there is to be offered

The newest layout is awful.

They took over our CU and lied to all of use. Worst customer service and overall service ever. Want my old CU back.

Thanks for the updated app, layout and new screens. I would like to recommend one minor change to the home screen. When you select account summary, I would like for it to automatically explode all accounts so that you don’t have to click another button for the drop-down. Why else would you look at account summary without wanting to explore each individual account? Thank you for the opportunity to submit recommendations.

The new update is great! Looks more modern and seems faster.

I’m a 40 year member dating back to when there was one location at the FAA center. You had to be an FAA employee at that time. Still a very good CU.
