Do not save a vehicle to compare to others. You WILL receive emails, texts and calls from every one you save for later. This is not a car shppping app, it’s for distributing your information to bottom feeders.

Better use web instead

Information on this app is not accurate, i just recived a notification saying that a dealer dropped the price on a car $2000 and i went to the website and they haven’t reduced the price , why truecar lies about this prices?

TrueCar was brilliant in helping me saving time by avoiding multiple trips to dealerships. The platform provided indicative pricing information, allowing me to compare prices and find the best deal from the comfort of my home. I appreciated the convenience and efficiency it offered, streamlining the car-buying process significantly. Overall, TrueCar exceeded my expectations, providing reliable pricing guidance, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a car hassle-free.

This app was so helpful in my vehicle buying process and the affiliation with Navy Federal makes it even more useful and valuable to members like myself. Our salesman was great also so thank you to Tameron GMC also!

Its very inconvenient and frustrating to use

There’s no back button or way to back out of a viewing. If you don’t save your search, you’ll have to rebuild your specs after looking at each vehicle. Even when you save a search, you basically have to back out of the app or go to the main menu, find your saved search, re-search, and scroll down to where you left off.

Terrible time navigating the app. I’m very tech focused. Not a user friendly app at all

Layout is that of a website not a mobile app. Too many free floating popups, no matter what screen you’re on it’s too much going on. Giving two stars because at least it works
