After 4 years on the platform, they shut us down and closed our account overnight. I understand that the decision to discontinue offering their service in our country may have been required/necessary, but a notice period, however small would have allowed us to migrate our clients to another platform without disrupting our service. Very disappointing.

Appropriate workout with my level of strength. Series of challenging and effective exercises without harming any part of my body. I feel great after finishing and feel my muscles worked hard enough. Thank you Parastoo you are a great coach. 🙏

Love the app. I use it as my journal. My trainer also posts everything I need for my fitness journey everyday. I can easily keep up what needs to be done. Thank you Noni.

App is lagging

Our training started well together but few things bothered me. One, she posted testimonials on social media without asking me. And then when our course period finished, she deactivated me form the app so i no longer have my workout plans and tracking.

I downloaded the app several times but there’s no option to register, only to sign in (((

I had a terrible experience with TrueCoach. I was offered a discount through ISSA, but when I signed up, I was overcharged and the promised discount was never applied. After reaching out for a refund, they refused to resolve the issue, citing the discount was a “mistake.” This feels like a scam, and I’m deeply frustrated by how they handled it. I will not be using this service again, and I strongly recommend caution before signing up.

You won’t have access to your own data such as bodyweight entries, workout weights, progress photos etc if you switch providers.
