This app and the associated product simply do not work. My app keeps removing the air purifier by itself, so I need to run the setup over and over again. Poorly made.

It will not show me my trusens air purifiers air quality history and both the purifier and sensor are in the same room. It’s also using filters way to quick! We just changed it a month ago and it’s saying there’s only 50% left of the hepa filter left and these are expensive to be buying every month or so

People pay extra specifically to be able to use the app. It appears it has not been working for many people for quite some time (years). If the app would work, it should also include tracking for when to change the 2 filters and when to replace the UV light. The company is clear in stating immediately that the product works without the app, but that is not the point of purchasing an item with a “smart” feature that doesn’t work.

I’ve allowed the app to access bluetooth, but the purifier still won’t connect to the app. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app. Doesn’t work

I want to love this app. I actually had an easy time setting up and linking two smart air purifiers. However, it doesn’t allow me to add any locations for the outdoor AQI. The app allows me to search, it finds my city, but it won’t allow me to actually add it or save it in order to view the outdoor info. I can only cancel my search without adding any locations. I have confirmed I am running the most updated version of the app as suggested by the company, so I’d imagine an app update would be necessary.

How many negative feedback you need to fix your app? This is a bad business practice if you cannot fix it hire a freelance and they will fix it for you.

Please fix the broken links to webpage to purchase replacement filters. With so many options out there, it’s tough to know which product is the correct one needed.
