I keep having to put in my info every time I open the app .. don't know why it won't hold my password

Very easy online banking, always kind and helpful to customers
Application not working and no customer support available
Application is not working at all. Some server may be down. Bank suggestion is to reinstall it witch is a joke.
The app crashes when using 2FA
The app crashes when using 2 factor authentication.
Where can I get my statements?
Spent 20 minutes looking for a link to statements- guess it doesn’t exist.

Great bank from our hometown
We love Trustco, We moved to Florida 11 years ago and still use Trustco as our primary bank you have Opened a few banks down here in Central Florida, but none relatively close to us. Please open Branch in the Dade City, Wesley Chapel Zephyrhills area.!
Decent site
Can do mostly what I want. Seeing older transactions was not easy and caused issues financially.
