Zero stars if I could!
After the latest update I lost access to the game.I contacted the support and the case was closed without solution.I lost 3 months of game play ( level 33) and 15 euros.I had to try reinstalling but now I have to start over and I’m not sure it worths it if the same is going to happen again.
Too big features with the new update
The latest update got everything on the menu stuff huge... wtf? That should have been an option for people if they need it. Fix it. There are people who play & have got sensory issues.

Missing house and items from Jetty lot
Since the last update the house I built on the Jetty lot was vanished along with aaaaall the items I was collecting since May 2020. This has happened to more than 90 players!!!!! It’s been so many days since this massive fail and no one has updated us!!!!!
