Multiple, critical issues that would have never passed any QA team worth ANY wage, much less a good one. Website and app logins differ substantially with regard to password requirements. Password resets don’t actually work, and dump you directly into the website account without saving the new password, actually logging you in, or validating you. And accounts can get locked out without any visible feedback to the user. Absolutely disgusting. The entire website and app teams should be fired - I did a better job on these kinds of things 25 years ago as a junior.

It's just impossible to successfully pay on the first try. Hire better programmers and ux designer please😅

Tried to put an order through. Tried to pay 3 times, bank verification and all. 3 Times “oops” is my limit…

Apps not working

UX/UI updates are great and needed but you know what would really make the shipping experience easier? More information on the product pages. Can you please for the love of god upload the nutritional facts for the products (even if it’s just a picture of the back of the package). When shopping digitally, and you’re not able to see or touch the item, the more info you can provide the best. Oh btw the latest update keeps crashing and I can’t get pass the loading page.

Very convenient to collect points both online and shop in-store. Also the online shopping is very good.

Please fix the app. After the latest update the option to ‘Buy Flyer Items’ is not loading.
