Worst app I have seen in a long time
Multiple, critical issues that would have never passed any QA team worth ANY wage, much less a good one. Website and app logins differ substantially with regard to password requirements. Password resets don’t actually work, and dump you directly into the website account without saving the new password, actually logging you in, or validating you. And accounts can get locked out without any visible feedback to the user. Absolutely disgusting. The entire website and app teams should be fired - I did a better job on these kinds of things 25 years ago as a junior.
