TU Tiger Ride

The app used to work okay, besides the general buses not following schedules, but now my app glitches out, and I can’t even open the thing. I know this school has money considering how many buildings are under construction, so why not use some extra money to fix an important part of some of your student’s transportation?

Please fix this! When it doesn’t crash I’d give it a 5/5 bc you can actually see the time the bus comes

The app literally never loads. it’s always glitching and will never let me scroll or swipe. I know i’m not the only person with this issue as everyone i’ve asked has also had the same problem. Whatever bug this app has, please fix it because i’m tired of being late because I can’t see when it’s going to get to my stop.

The app suffers from constant crashes and infinite loading screen. If you ever need to get somewhere quick this app will only slow you down.

I’m not sure which department runs this app, but the West Village bus has not been tracking correctly for about two weeks. We use this to get to class on time and I’ve been late a couple of times due to this app’s poor quality. Please fix it.

App is always crashing

App literally takes forever to load if it even loads. If i could give 0 stars i would.

I just downloaded the app for the new semester and it will not load no matter what. It’s not my wifi because everything else works fine and I have unlimited data. I really need this for next semester. Please fix it!

like what even is the point of some big fancy update if MONTHS afterwards it still won’t load??

I regret my previous review. This update is terrible. Please bring back the old app.
