No Match on Policies
I have two policies with the company but couldn’t get them into the app. The app hasn’t been updated for 3 years. It is still promoted in their policy emails. It would have been nice to have this feature.

Asks for internet connection even though it has one. App does not work.
Same as the rest of the reviews. Cannot add my policy and download my travel cards. Say no internet connection. I am sending this review with an internet connection. Fix it already! OMG!
This app keeps asking for an internet connection even though one is present. The app is also most frozen and unresponsive. Absolutely useless!
Frustrating as even password reset doesn’t work
I was hoping that the developers of this app would have noticed the previous bad reviews and fixed the issues. Too much to ask for, I guess.
This app is exactly what it was intended for; your digital wallet cards. This way you can carry your cards digitally instead of having to print them off for your trip. It is clear this app was never intended for accessing your policy. You need to go to the MyTugo website and register an account to view your policy. Very standard process and easy to follow. Tugo insurance has been great for me thus far and I am confident that if I need to submit a claim, they will take care of me and satisfy my needs.
This app is a piece of crap, I can’t even add my policy that I purchased as advised by the selling agent. I hope I am not regretting buying a policy from these guys, otherwise if I have any difficulty should a claim need to be made, I will be filing legal action and thanks to technology I have a digital footprint with TU which supports my transaction.
I can’t add my policy. It doesn’t recognize info. Please fix, I will update my review when resolved. Thanks Jason
I entered the info as on my policy, and it says it is incorrect. No contact information or help button.
