They never pickup on time. How can one trust the company to deliver on time who doesn’t even pickup on time!

Worst experience. They lost my clothes first and then denied delivery saying they are checking. After following up multiple times finally after 15 days they said they found it. Then they took 5 days to deliver the clothes, the delivery guy was so meaningless and delayed delivery saying its the mistake of the store manager. Its been 19 days and I have still not received my clothes. Will not recommend this service to anyone. Please stay away from these services. They are good at passing issues and not take anything seriously. Very unprofessional staff, management should take strict actions against these. Never recommending this service to anyone.

I had given them 10-12 Shirts for washing and press which was not stained. They gave me back 4 shirts with huge oil stains on it. They even pressed it so the stain spread on those shirts. They say it was already there when I gave them and asked me to dry clean every shirt for 70 Rupees each. They just kept arguing and unwilling to accept their mistake. TLDR: They put stains on 4 shirts without admitting mistake. Please don’t use their services if you value your clothes.

Very local work much better you go to any of your local dry cleaning guy at least he will tell you exact date when it will be delivered. Not at all professional. Worst experience.

Had scheduled a pick up and under the promotion the first pickup was suppose to be free. But the staff call and confirmed on the items to be picked up and later dint turn up for picking up. When followed up on status of the pick up they informed that as the order is less than Rs.800 the staff won’t come for pick up. If that was the case why to have fake promotions. Thank you wasting my time

I have a shirt for ironing and I got it back with stains and burnt marks. Tried to reach out to the customer but no one called or took action

They have collected 2000rs from me for supervalue pack and at the time of collection they said it can be used at any tumble dry store, unfortunately i have changed my location to nearby area,it is about 15kms in hyderabad city..these tumbledry people are demanding extra money for order eventhough i have 2000 rs in my wallet.. Worst service ever..dont trust this guys,u can find better laundry services than this, delivery is also very late..they wont wash the clothes properly but collects huge money from customers..poor &pathetic service from tumble dry!!

Company is not giving reply of any query mail or call and person from store calling for payment every time

i gave the cloths for dry cleaning. but they just washed my cloths and gave it back.
