Great Design
Great app with amazing user interface, easy to navigate and very smooth transitions between pages and links.
Day pass profile picture and ID number missing, not proper response from support team
Not even a single star is eligible because the app problem and no proper and timely response from support team. I brought a day pass and after uploading all my iD and profile pictures, and the payment, the day pass didn’t show the picture and ID number. When I contacted immediately on the same day to resolve the problem, next day support team responded and said they will look in it, after more than a month they came back and asked to submit the documents. When I submitted then they immediately started playing games saying that I have to rise the problem on the same day, even though I showed all emails communication, support person is not even read my emails, no refund. The idea of online pass and scanning every time will not work when the bus is crowded or if you want sit in seat when too many people in the bus. The BMTC bus conductors ask us to scan it, the bar codes are places less or far from the seat, some buses doesn’t have the bar codes. Looking the difficulties of their support, mobile full day batteries and not easy to use. It’s better to buy a physical pass and decided to go back to old methods. Hope they improve the support and make it easy to use in the future.
Great app with nice UI unsure about live tracking
The UI and history based search assist are great features. However does not indicate live tracking for the BMTC buses. Given the traffic therefore you can’t really estimate if the bus has passed you or not.

My bus pass is not working and I can’t able to scan the QR code in the bus please check my account or refund my 300rs right now
Worst app
Without notification permission app won’t work at all..if we allow the permission, they only send useless notifications
Unnecessary requirements
Why notification is mandatory? Even after giving permission it shows notification denied. Every day I suffering because of this. I tried to call customer care but there is no response.

Recent update always ask to permit notification
Actually I turn of all the notifications, but this app constantly asking me to turn on notifications, I don’t need that
