Turnify: Airbnb Cleaning

Worst app they didn’t pay for my last cleanings that I did we them. They steal the money from my host and from me the cleaner.

This company, Turnify is absolutely scam . They have no value no principal, no words. They will engage you in cheap jobs, and they will never pay you stay away from this lowlife scammers.

Your app doesn’t work. Every time I do anything I get an error. I registered for an account then it tells me my email doesn’t exist when I try to log in. I tried registering again and it said my email is already registered. Then I tried to log in again and got an error message and booted out of the app ! what a waste of time. Deleting!

Haven’t used the site but I see so many companies complaining about the site and cleaners. Im not sure if I should sign up. Im a black owned company who’s knew to Georgia and just looking for more clients to expand my business. Im Cindy owner of SindySweepsLLC pictures are on instagram & TikTok 😁

I hesitate to write negative reviews but I feel it is important to steer other business owners away from here: don’t waste your time or risk your business with this company. Their rates seemed better than other cleaning companies so I decided to give a try. They needed at least 2 weeks to get me in the “schedule”—fine. The day of the first scheduled cleaning comes around and no one shows up. After 30 minutes I call and finally someone comes after an hour of the scheduled time. I talk to the cleaners and realize the “great deal” you get on cleaning services comes at the expense of cleaners who barely get paid minimum wage. Regardless of the cleaners themselves, the app is cumbersome and does not populate the right dates and times for cleaning. I run a 5-star short term rental and this company almost made me delay a guest checkin, thus endangering my company. No recompense was given but a sad attempt at an apology. I would have expected the cleaning to be paid by them for not coming on time—nothing. This company needs to leave the service industry.

I’ve been using this for a month as a contract cleaner. I get kicked out all the time when trying to finish a job. All pictures have to be in landscape mode which is truly hard to do with a lot of things I need pictures of. Other cleaning apps are much better, less glitches. I hope they do some updating to be better like Turnover, Koala Booking or VR scheduler.

Please beware of this company. I was so excited when I found them. But their service is overly expensive with zero true customer service. They answer the phone and the texts but that didn’t help when the cleaner was hours late. I ended up doing lots of cleaning myself. The cleaners didn’t arrive until 7pm and no one contacted me when the clean was complete. I received an excessive invoice from Turnify for that clean so I called them to say no, I’m not paying that much but I will pay a more than fair price. They refused my attempts to pay because I wasn’t paying the full price quoted as I did lots of the work. Now they have kicked me off the app and cancelled future cleans. And some random cleaning crew now has a key to the home. And I have no way to reach them as Turnify refuses to put me in contact with them. Awful service.

The platform is an absolute nightmare if you take Airbnb seriously. They will not schedule cleaners to come to your property on time and customer service is non existent.
