Turno does nothing to vet or hold their cleaners accountable. Lost an $800 booking when one just didn’t show up. Any consequences or assistance from Turno? Zero. Better off looking on Facebook marketplace, and it’s free.

I own a cleaning company and this app has absolutely saved my life. Scheduling my cleans for all the bnbs i do is sooo much easier with this app!! 10/10 recommend.
