I run a small short term vacation rental management business and I simply could not do it without this application. Turnover has changed how we do things, and streamlined our cleaning services completely. We also were able to find a great backup via their marketplace, which has come in handy a few times! For anyone shopping around for a tool to help make their lives easier, I could not recommend this one higher!

Running an STR without Turno doesn’t make sense. This makes life so much easier. Their customer service team is great as well. Bela has helped us with a resolution seamlessly. This is a must have service for anyone with a Short term rental

Claire was super responsive and helped to ease a tense situation today after a cleaner decided not to show up. She offered to help connect me to other cleaners and gave me guidance on how to leave a review for the no-show cleaner. We were able to get a new cleaner in time which will ensure our guests will have a smooth check-in! Thanks, Claire!

This has been a great tool to help me stay an SupernHost! Ruby was great was able to help me maneuver the app and get done what I needed.

I agree with other reviews-it’s a great concept/app but I also have struggled with the usability-it’s not the most user friendly app-difficult to navigate around and make changes without the need of customer support. Certain functions are only available on the desktop version which is not ideal. The menu options should be more fine tuned with all options for navigation and operations/directions given for all available options. On the other hand, customer service is great-Ruby was a huge help to figure out my issues and a pleasure to work with. I wish there was a number to call though-I don’t mind chat but it takes so much longer than just talking to someone.

Ive only been using for about a week, so experience is minimal so far, but it seems to be a whole lot easier than how i was trying to find airbnb cleaners before. I ran into a small snag in the app, and turned to the chat support feature. Claire helped me out really quickly and got everything resolved. Really solid support, and that is always so appreciated!

Turno is a great app that makes getting your properties taken care of and paying your cleaners stress free! Wish I had started using it sooner. Their support is amazing too. I was assigned a tech support in the beginning, Emma, she has been a huge help with learning how to use the app and correcting any issues right away. She called to introduce herself and explain things within a couple of hours of creating my account. Later I messaged support about getting my cleaner paid, they sent info she could try to resolve it, but later Emma emailed me explaining what I needed to do (it was error on my part). I really liked how she checked into it and got right back to me on what needed done so I was able to get her paid. Subscribed immediately after this!

I love using Turno for my short term rental business. It’s very easy to use and it has an amazing customer support. I worked with Bella last time and it went smoothly and quickly. I highly recommended!
